Job summary

Tina Lacey Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Scaffolding Learner Coach in the Manchester area. The role is permanent, full-time with a competitive salary up to £47,250 and 35–37 hours per week, including benefits and progression opportunities.

You will mentor apprentices, deliver knowledge both in the workplace and classroom, embed maths and English, and work with employers to monitor progress while maintaining Ofsted and funding compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive scaffolding experience, ideally from the industry or with a training provider.
• Strong teaching and learner support abilities with fieldwork experience.
• Desirable TAQA/CAVA/A1/D32/33 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage your own diary effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning and compliance.
• Engage with employers to build relationships and progress reviews.
• Embed maths and English into delivery to ensure Functional Skills or equivalent is achieved.
• Deliver knowledge in the workplace and classroom, coordinating with other coaches.
