Overview

Clinical Fellow, (ST3 Level) in Haemato-Oncology with focus on Cellular Therapy CAR-T (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cell) Service

NHS Grampian is one of only three Boards providing this service across Scotland. The successful applicant will play an integral role in implementing and delivering the CAR-T and wider haemato-oncology services. They must have the ability to develop strong working relationships, to work as part of a wide multidisciplinary team, have a positive, innovative attitude and a dedicated approach to learning.

This post is fixed term for 12 months and does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and will not be recognised for training.

Responsibilities

The post involves implementing and delivering the CAR-T service and contributing to the wider haemato-oncology service. The successful candidate will:

  • Contribute to the planning, delivery and ongoing development of CAR-T and related therapies.
  • Demonstrate a positive, innovative attitude and a dedication to continual learning.
