Qualifications

• Experience applying user-centred design in agile delivery.
• Ability to map service experiences and define changes to meet user and business needs.
• Experience conducting user research and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Government Service Standard is essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand user-centred design activities from big picture through detailed interaction.
• Communicate a vision of change from business and user perspectives.
• Map service experiences and define changes to meet user and business needs.
• Prototyping rapidly to test, iterate and validate designs.
• Produce artefacts (personas, journey maps, blueprints, user stories) to communicate needs.
• Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders to co-design products and services.
• Support teams in applying user-centred design and agile methodologies.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility and inclusivity.
• Apply Government Service Standard in delivery.
