Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking a mid-level UX Consultant to design user-centred digital products for government and private sector clients. You will join a multidisciplinary team in London, with remote work and occasional client-site visits.

You will apply user-centred design, content design, and interaction design best practices, collaborating with researchers, product managers, and developers to deliver accessible services that meet user needs, policy goals, and business

Qualifications

• Experience designing content and interactions for UK Government or public sector digital services.
• Ability to design usable services that meet user needs, policy objectives, and business goals.
• Experience with GOV.UK content and design standards, including accessibility.
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams on government projects across delivery phases.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and usability testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX investigations and user research planning.
• Create and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across delivery cycles.
• Contribute to content design and accessibility considerations.
