Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking an Interaction Designer in London with hybrid working. You will design and deliver user-centred digital services for Government and Private Sector clients, translating user research into accessible, effective interactions across channels.

You’ll collaborate with developers, researchers, and product managers in an agile environment, producing sketches, flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while helping evolve our design standards and supporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience using GOV.UK Prototype Kit and design patterns.
• Demonstrates usability, accessibility, and inclusivity per WCAG and GOV.UK guidelines.
• Experience with Government Service Standard and service assessment phases.
• Creates simple, intuitive, accessible digital services aligned with business goals.
• End-to-end thinking across channels and user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers user-centred digital public services for Government and Private Sector clients.
• Produces sketches, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes.
• Facilitates workshops, co-design sessions, and user testing to validate solutions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to improve services.
