Role Overview:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant at Accenture, you will be a key member of our SAP delivery projects, serving as a Functional Expert in SuccessFactors solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business and functional requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors design documents. Your expertise will be crucial in designing effective solutions, and you may lead a functional team on long-term projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Payroll Configuration: Lead and execute SAP Payroll configuration, including wage types, schemas, payroll rules, and other key components.
• Implementation of SAP Payroll: Experience with ECP implementation, including understanding its advantages and disadvantages compared to traditional SAP S/4 Payroll.
• Payroll Control Centre: Implement and manage PCC for smooth payroll processing and troubleshooting.
• Integration with Employee Central: Work with ECP integration, covering Time Tracking and Core Employee Master data.
• Payroll Legislation: Knowledge of payroll laws and taxation across regions, with the ability to calculate employee taxes accurately.
• Third-Party Integrations: Experience with integrations with providers like HMRC.
• Payroll Divestment and Consolidation: Experience managing payroll during organizational changes.
• Certifications: Employee Central Payroll certification is a plus.
• Project Leadership: Lead SAP SuccessFactors workstreams, ensuring successful delivery.
• Project Management: Manage scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.
• Problem Solving: Resolve complex payroll issues.
• Client Communication: Effectively communicate project status and updates.
• SuccessFactors Roadmap: Stay updated on platform developments.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
• Business Development: Support pre-sales activities and proposals.
• Collaboration: Work with leadership to align strategies.
• HR Technology Trends: Keep abreast of AI and HR tech innovations.
