This impressive and expanding company offers a remote-based, brand-new role with occasional travel to London, leading a team within Employee Benefits/Health Insurance. To apply, you MUST have relevant management experience in Employee Benefits Insurance.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of Consultants supporting them in managing a portfolio of business clients in health, risk, and wellbeing products and services. Additionally, manage your own portfolio in these areas.
  2. Ensure team members meet retention (persistency), premium, and revenue targets, always prioritizing customer interests.
  3. Proactively seek new business and cross-sales opportunities with teammates.
  4. Maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company positively and focusing on customer interests.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to drive business growth.
