Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (Home-Based, UK)

Location:
Surrey, United Kingdom (Remote/Home-Based)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a growing, global organization, all while enhancing HR systems and improving the user experience for HR teams across diverse locations. This is a home-based position, with the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to a collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure SAP SuccessFactors solutions are configured to meet client needs.

  • Understand project scope and document business requirements, processes, configurations, and testing plans.

  • Assist in setting up HR environments and managing access across client landscapes, including cutover and migration processes.

  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and collaborating with offshore teams.

  • Support project teams by analyzing business scenarios and ensuring smooth integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other applications.

  • Provide ongoing support during all project phases, including testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.

  • Document project details, including workbooks, test scripts, and other materials.

  • Prepare and deliver Knowledge Transfer sessions to clients.

  • Ensure smooth transition of project documentation to the support team and the client upon project completion.

  • Offer continuous support to clients with workshops, fixes, proposed solutions, and expert advice.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong self-driven work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

  • A passion for self-learning and staying up to date with SAP SuccessFactors trends.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining independent accountability.
