Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a growing, global organization, all while enhancing HR systems and improving the user experience for HR teams across diverse locations. This is a home-based position, with the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to a collaborative global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure SAP SuccessFactors solutions are configured to meet client needs.
Understand project scope and document business requirements, processes, configurations, and testing plans.
Assist in setting up HR environments and managing access across client landscapes, including cutover and migration processes.
Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and collaborating with offshore teams.
Support project teams by analyzing business scenarios and ensuring smooth integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other applications.
Provide ongoing support during all project phases, including testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
Document project details, including workbooks, test scripts, and other materials.
Prepare and deliver Knowledge Transfer sessions to clients.
Ensure smooth transition of project documentation to the support team and the client upon project completion.
Offer continuous support to clients with workshops, fixes, proposed solutions, and expert advice.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong self-driven work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
A passion for self-learning and staying up to date with SAP SuccessFactors trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining independent accountability.
