Job summary

Codan Limited in Whiteley, UK is seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst to ensure SAP-based processes run smoothly across UK units. You will analyse business needs, translate requirements for SAP enhancements, support testing, and provide second-level user support, helping maximise system performance and productivity.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, IT, and Project Leads, contribute to change control, and drive process improvements across Fi-CO, SD and MM modules.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent with significant industry experience.
• Experience in SAP in a customer-facing role (minimum 3 years).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and SAP functional areas Fi-CO, SD, MM.

Responsibilities

• Gather and facilitate business process discussions, design solutions and document requirements.
• Provide inputs to promote best-practice SAP functionality and troubleshoot project issues.
• Ensure changes follow change control processes and are properly documented.
• Translate business needs into SAP-based solutions and support testing and implementation.
• Provide second-level SAP support to UK users and resolve issues to maximise productivity.
