As a hands-on generalist, you will monitor, troubleshoot, deploy, and document integration flows, escalating complex issues to the UK Support Manager and SAP OSS when needed.

Job description

The UK Cloud Platform & Integration Support Analyst provides Level 2 operational support for enterprise cloud integration platforms and interfaces used by UK entities. The role supports day-to-day stability of integration flows and cloud connectivity (primarily SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and related components), ensuring timely incident resolution, controlled changes, and reliable operations between UK applications and group platforms.

The analyst operates as a hands-on generalist and is expected to cross-cover key integration operations (monitoring, troubleshooting, deployment support, and documentation), escalating complex issues to the UK Support Manager, the Global Cloud & Integration CoE (SG), and vendors (including SAP OSS) when required.

The role also supports the design, configuration, testing and optimisation of integration solutions, APIs and cloud services supporting SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SuccessFactors and related enterprise applications. The analyst will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, deployment projects, and integration governance standards across the UK business.
