Job summary

CBS Butler seeks an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant to join a major SAP delivery team in Telford on a hybrid basis. You will work across SAP HCM and Payroll, designing, configuring and delivering solutions while supporting live service in a complex, multi‑supplier environment.

You'll influence solution design within SAP's evolving landscape, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA and Cloud Analytics, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.

• Produce high-quality Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs and other documentation.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide estimates and contribute to planning and delivery.

Job title: SAP HR/Payroll Consultant

Rate: £450 per day inside ir35

Contract: 6 months

Location: Telford/Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

SC security clearance is required for this role

I'm looking for an experienced SAP HR/Payroll Consultant to join a major SAP delivery team supporting a large, high-profile client. This is a genuinely hands‑on role where you'll be working across SAP HCM and Payroll, combining solution design, configuration, project delivery and live service support within a complex, multi-supplier environment.

You'll be joining an established SAP practice working on a large-scale SAP estate, with the opportunity to influence solution design and make a tangible impact across both project and live‑service environments.

There's also plenty of scope to work with and develop your knowledge of SAP's evolving landscape, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics.
