Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an experienced SAP HR / Payroll Consultant for a 6-month contract in Telford, hybrid (2 days onsite). You will support a major SAP delivery team across HCM and Payroll, delivering design, configuration, and live service support in a multi-supplier environment.

Qualifications

• SAP Payroll expert level with strong SAP HCM/PA knowledge.
• Experience across organisational management, time management and self-service.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and country legal changes.
• Live service/production support experience in SAP environments.
• Ability to design SAP configurations and solutions, with ABAP/Workflow knowledge as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and enhance SAP HCM & Payroll solutions.
• Own SAP Payroll issues, changes and enhancements.
• Support project delivery and Live Service environments.
• Investigate issues and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Produce high-quality documentation (WRICEFs, specs).
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver.
• Provide estimates and contribute to planning and delivery.
• Work with onshore and offshore SAP teams.

Job title: SAP HR / Payroll Consultant

Rate: 450 per day inside ir35

Contract: 6 months

Location: Telford/Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

I'm looking for an experienced SAP HR / Payroll Consultant to join a major SAP delivery team supporting a large, high-profile client. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll be working across SAP HCM and Payroll, combining solution design, configuration, project delivery and live service support within a complex, multi-supplier environment.

You'll be joining an established SAP practice working on a large-scale SAP estate, with the opportunity to influence solution design and make a tangible impact across both project and live-service environments.

There's also plenty of scope to work with and develop your knowledge of SAP's evolving landscape, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics.

Responsibilities:
