SAP HCM PAYROLL CONSULTANT

• £450 per day via Umbrella
• 6-month contract

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a leading technology and professional services organisation with a large and established SAP practice supporting a prestigious enterprise account. Due to ongoing project and live service requirements, they are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join an established HCM and Payroll team.

THE SAP HCM PAYROLL CONSULTANT ROLE:

As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing and supporting existing SAP HCM and Payroll solutions for a large-scale client.

Working within an established team, you will investigate requirements, design and configure SAP Payroll and HCM solutions in line with industry best practice. You will contribute to both project delivery and live service support, working across a multi-supplier environment to resolve issues and deliver quality solutions.

You will produce high-quality documentation including Solution Documents, Functional Specifications and WRICEFs, provide delivery estimates and work closely with client teams to resolve issues and meet contractual obligations.

The role will also provide opportunities to contribute to SAP transformation initiatives across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics.

SAP HCM PAYROLL CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Strong hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience at expert level
• Experience delivering multiple SAP Payroll projects
• Proven experience supporting SAP HCM/Payroll within a live service environment
• Strong functional HCM knowledge across Payroll, Personnel Administration and Organisational Management
• Experience with Time Management, Self-Service, Travel Management and/or SuccessFactors
• SAP Payroll configuration and solution design
• Experience producing Solution Documents, Functional Specifications and WRICEFs
• Experience working within multi-supplier environments
• Strong problem-solving and incident resolution skills
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Broader technical awareness of ABAP, Workflow, BASIS, Security, Integration, Portals or UI5
• Public Sector SAP experience desirable
• Awareness of SAP technologies including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP and Concur desirable
