The Best Connection is recruiting an experienced Administrator for a busy operation at Wilton International, Redcar. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers and hauliers, processing orders in SAP, and handling stock movements.

A reliable, punctual candidate with 1 year of admin experience is sought; SAP training will be provided and driving licence is a plus. Typical hours vary with shifts (07:00-15:00, 07:30-15:30, 08:00-16:00, Mon-Fri).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
• Reliable, punctual, presentable and safety-conscious.
• SAP experience is beneficial.
• Excellent telephone and email manners.
• Flexible attitude to varying shifts and occasional overtime.
• Clean, full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
• Good numeracy and literacy.

Responsabilités

• Process work orders in SAP, including booking drivers for loading and shipments.
• Generate production orders and handle customer complaints.
• Carry out internal stock movements and process stock damages.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and prepare export documents.
• Plan and schedule silo loading; coordinate booking times with hauliers.
• Order and schedule packaging materials for production needs.
• Assist drivers with safety inductions for loading.
• Answer calls from customers, suppliers and hauliers.
• Support site management and HSE investigations when appropriate.
