Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator in the United Kingdom to join our busy team in the East Midlands. The role covers stock receipts, picking and loading, and coordinating with the warehouse management team, with rotating weekly shifts from 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00 and on-going work.

You will need a good level of English, basic computer skills, and preferably prior warehouse admin or SAP LES/PO2 or GTS experience.

Qualifications

• Good level of English
• Able to use a computer
• Previous admin experience preferred
• SAP LES / SAP PO2 / GTS experience are beneficial
• Intermediate PC Skills in Excel, Word, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of stock receipts (Inbound deliveries) and the picking / loading on time of all outbound deliveries, working alongside warehouse management team
• Plan the daily work load and ensure that time and attendance matters are managed
• Monitoring internal and external KPI's, ensuring that they are met and improved upon
• Building positive customer relationships and responding constructively to customer requests and internal departments

• Shifts, rotating weekly: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00.
• Pay: £13.36ph
• On-going work

Requirements of a Warehouse Administrator:

• Good level of English
• Able to use a computer.
• Previous experience as an admin preferred
• Preferred experience of SAP LES, SAP PO2 or GTS,
• Intermediate PC Skills on Excel, Word, Outlook
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends

Role of a Warehouse Administrator:
