Job summary

Interaction Recruitment in the United Kingdom seeks a Warehouse Administrator (Nights) to join a busy logistics operation in Tankersley. You will manage inbound deliveries, put-away, stock records, and write reports. The role runs Sunday to Thursday nights 9:30pm–06:00am on a temporary basis.

Experience in warehouse administration, strong Excel skills and SAP knowledge are desirable while previous exposure to traffic, warehousing or logistics environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warehouse Administrator role (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient in Excel and data handling.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.
• Preferable previous experience in traffic, warehousing or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Booking inbound deliveries on the warehouse management system and allocating to put-away locations.
• Raising and processing goods received notes, purchase orders, and delivery discrepancy reports.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting cycle count reconciliation.
• Liaising with transport and operations teams on collection scheduling and dispatch paperwork.
• Handling customer and supplier queries relating to orders, shortages, and returns.
• Producing shift productivity reports and KPI summaries for the operations manager.
• Filing and archiving delivery documentation in compliance with retention policies.
