Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Warehouse Admin for our Heathfield based client to support a busy logistics operation. Duties include processing orders, updating stock records, preparing delivery paperwork, and coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff.

The role emphasises strong organisation, computer literacy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with temp-to-perm opportunities and regular Friday payroll.

Qualifications

Must be organised, computer literate and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in warehouse/admin roles preferred.
Reliable and punctual with good teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Completing warehouse / logistics administration and paperwork.
Processing orders and updating stock information.
Booking deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
Preparing dispatch and delivery documentation.
Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
Liaising with warehouse operatives and drivers.
Maintaining accurate records on computer systems.
Identifying and reporting stock or paperwork discrepancies.
Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and organisation.
