Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, but expects you to be proactive and collaborative, making decisions to set direction and drive initiatives.

You will be empowered with autonomy and will have a close-up view of the project, owning key architectural decisions beyond daily development tasks.

Success and recognition will come from achieving outcomes aligned with strategic business goals through your decisions and actions.

Note: You will need to attend meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. Living within a comfortable commute is preferred.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and related tools like OmniStudio, Vlocity, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is highly desirable.
