Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, with autonomy to make strategic decisions and lead key initiatives. You will be involved in shaping the architecture and solutions, working closely with the team and stakeholders. Regular meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, are expected, approximately once a fortnight or month, with some variation.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, OmniStudio tools, Salesforce Industries certifications (such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Industries CPQ), Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is highly desirable.

Gigaclear is a growing Fibre Broadband (FTTP / FTTH) company, deploying infrastructure in some of the UK's most challenging areas, aiming to provide city-level broadband to rural communities. You will play a pivotal role in our Salesforce upgrade and transformation initiatives.
