Qualifications

• Compétences en décisions stratégiques dans des projets de transformation.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, encouraging proactive decision-making and ownership of solutions and architecture. You will be empowered with autonomy, working closely on strategic initiatives, and making key decisions that impact the company's transformation project. Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently, so residing within a comfortable commute is necessary.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer or Industries CPQ, and knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud are advantageous.

Gigaclear is investing over £1 billion in building the UK's largest rural fibre network, and upgrading Salesforce is a top priority. You will lead these efforts.
