Job Description:

This role offers visibility, support, and collaboration, empowering you to make decisions, set direction, and drive outcomes. You will have autonomy and be close to the operational face of the transformation project, owning key architecture and solution decisions beyond daily development tasks.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is beneficial.

Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. You should live within a comfortable commute.

Key skills and experience:
