Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud and Telecoms.

• Knowledge of Field Service and Service Cloud is beneficial.

Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, encouraging proactive decision-making and collaboration. You will be empowered with autonomy to lead key architectural decisions, contributing directly to strategic outcomes.

Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is expected approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. Applicants should reside within a comfortable commute.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Telecoms Salesforce Communications Cloud, Business Support, and Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS) is highly desirable.

Previous experience with OmniStudio tools, Salesforce Industries certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Industries CPQ, and knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud will be advantageous.
