Job Description:

A role where you will be visible, supported, but not "spoon-fed." You will be someone who is proactive and accustomed to making decisions with support and collaboration, setting direction, and making things happen.

You will be empowered with autonomy, and our transformation project is of a size where you will be close to the operational face but also own key architectural and solution decisions. This is not just about ensuring day-to-day development completion.

Satisfaction and recognition will come from achieving outcomes aligned with key strategic business decisions through your decisions and actions.

Note: You will need to attend meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, perhaps once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. Please ensure you live within a comfortable commute.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, especially in Telecoms, would be highly desirable, as would understanding the integration of Business Support and Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS).

Previous experience with OmniStudio tools, certifications in Salesforce Industries such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Industries CPQ, would be beneficial. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is also advantageous.
