Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, emphasizing collaboration and decision-making to set strategic direction. You will be empowered with autonomy to own key decisions around architecture and solutions, engaging closely with the operational aspects of projects. Your work will directly impact strategic business outcomes, earning recognition for successful results.

Note: Attendance at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon is required approximately once a fortnight or monthly, with occasional more frequent meetings. Living within a comfortable commute is necessary.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Industries CPQ, and knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud will be beneficial.
