Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, with a focus on independent decision-making and collaboration. You will be empowered with autonomy to lead key architectural decisions, contributing directly to our transformation project.

You will need to attend meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. Living within a comfortable commute is required.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, OmniStudio tools, and certifications like Vlocity Platform Developer or Industries CPQ is highly desirable. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is also beneficial.
