Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, with an emphasis on autonomy and decision-making. You will be close to the operational level but also responsible for key architectural decisions. The role involves attending meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, approximately once a fortnight or more frequently, so residing within a comfortable commute is necessary.

You will design and oversee the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, OmniStudio tools, Salesforce Industries certifications (such as Vlocity Platform Developer, Industries CPQ), and knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud are highly desirable.
