This role offers visibility and support, but also requires independence. You will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of making strategic decisions to set direction and implement solutions.
You will have autonomy and be closely involved in the transformation project, owning key architectural decisions beyond daily development tasks.
Success and recognition will come from achieving outcomes aligned with strategic business goals, driven by your decisions and actions.
Note: You will need to attend meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. Living within a comfortable commute is required.
Your responsibilities include designing and overseeing scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools, as well as certifications like Vlocity Platform Developer and Industries CPQ, are highly desirable.
