Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, but requires proactive decision-making and leadership. You will be empowered with autonomy and will be close to the operational level while owning key architectural decisions. Success is measured by outcomes aligned with strategic business goals.

Note: Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is required approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. You should live within a comfortable commute.

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer and Industries CPQ are beneficial. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is advantageous.
