A leading provider of Fibre Broadband solutions is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect based in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will design and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions while supporting critical transformation projects. Ideal candidates will have strong Salesforce architecture experience, particularly in telecoms and fibre broadband, along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Job Description:

This role offers visibility and support, encouraging autonomous decision-making within a collaborative environment. You will be empowered to set directions and make impactful decisions, especially in a transformation project where you will be close to the operational details while owning key architectural solutions.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, BSS/OSS integration, and OmniStudio tools is highly desirable. Certifications such as Vlocity Platform Developer and Industries CPQ are beneficial. Knowledge of Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and Service Cloud is also advantageous.

Note: Attendance at meetings at our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon, is required approximately once a fortnight or month, sometimes more frequently. Candidates should reside within a comfortable commuting distance.
