Accenture Song, part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Lead to drive customer service transformation in the UK, with London or Manchester locations. The role targets senior management level, blending strategy, technology and operating model redesign to deliver large-scale programs.

You will shape service cloud architectures, lead pre-sales and engage CIOs and platform leaders to deliver innovative omnichannel solutions leveraging Agentforce and AI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud transformation programmes and customer service modernisation initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and conduct strategic conversations with CIO-level stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale Service Cloud transformation programmes from vision to delivery.
• Define go-to-market strategy, offerings and growth agenda for the UK Salesforce Business Group.
• Coach and develop Service Cloud consultants and delivery teams across the group.
