• Extensive experience with Salesforce core offerings including Agentforce Sales, Revenue Management, Service and Data 360.
• Proven ability to lead technical engagements from architecture through delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience addressing architecture concerns (scalability, security, performance).

Responsibilities

• Articulate solutions to senior stakeholders and guide objective decisions.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using core product offerings.
• Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop leadership and consulting skills while delivering Salesforce at scale.
