Job summary

Focus on SAP seeks a Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the target-state architecture for a major enterprise customer service transformation. You will own end-to-end architecture across Service Cloud, Agentforce, integrations, security and deployments, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions.

The role requires hands-on design and delivery leadership with 10+ years in tech and 6+ years Salesforce, in a UK hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years hands-on Salesforce
• Expert-level Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and implementation
• Strong Azure DevOps, CI/CD, release governance and environment management
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and security controls

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for Service Cloud and Agentforce
• Lead architecture across Case Management, Omni-Channel and digital engagement
• Define DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines and release governance
• Mentor technical leads and ensure production readiness and compliance
