Anabas (UK 2) Ltd is seeking a CRM Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role blends Salesforce administration with market intelligence, prospect research, and data analysis to uncover new business opportunities and maximize CRM value.

You will work with the Business Development and Marketing teams to turn data into actionable insights and help leverage AI and automation tools. The position is hybrid, 40 hours/week, with occasional centre attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce or similar CRM, including data management and reporting.
• Experience with CRM workflows, automation or integrations is advantageous.
• Strong research and analytical skills are essential.
• Comfort working with data, reports and Excel.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with a willingness to explore new ideas and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, data accuracy and maintenance.
• Create reports, dashboards and views to provide visibility of prospects and pipeline.
• Support ongoing Salesforce development, improve processes and user experience.
• Assist Sales and Marketing with Salesforce queries and adoption.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams on integrations and improvements.
• Ensure Salesforce provides valuable commercial intelligence and accurate sales activity.
