Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong BA experience in technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and customer-facing processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and analysis.
• Experience with Agile, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements across business and technology teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Analyse CRM processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and AI adoption.
• Define and validate business scenarios and functional requirements.
• Support functional testing, UAT and the overall delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to MVP definition, business value assessments and project documentation.
