Job summary

Anabas is seeking a CRM Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team in the North East. You'll manage Salesforce, develop dashboards and support data-driven decisions.

The role blends CRM administration with market research, data analysis and automation, aimed at driving business growth. A proactive approach and interest in AI will help shape our campaigns.

Hybrid working from Darlington with occasional office presence, plus training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Confident working with data, reporting and Excel.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
• Proactive mindset and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing Salesforce to ensure accurate, meaningful business data
• Creating reports, dashboards and insights that support decision-making
• Researching target organisations and identifying new commercial opportunities
• Building prospect intelligence and mapping key decision-makers
• Using AI and automation tools to improve CRM processes
• Supporting sales and marketing campaigns with actionable insights and market intelligence
