Job summary

Astound Digital is seeking a Salesforce Core Leader based in London to drive technical excellence, solution delivery, and commercial growth across our Salesforce practice. You will lead development teams, partner with enterprise clients on Service Cloud implementations, and spearhead presales initiatives including RFPs and estimations.

You will bridge technical mastery with GTM strategy, developing accelerators and delivering high-impact client presentations, while championing platform best

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical implementation experience, including leading Salesforce Core (Service Cloud) projects.
• 5+ years hands-on Apex development and 3+ years with LWCs/Aura components.
• 2+ years leading technical teams through full Salesforce SDLC lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming) and Salesforce data tools.
• Strong OO architecture, design patterns, and complex app logic knowledge.
• Excellent technical documentation and basic project management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor Salesforce project development teams in line with client needs and processes.
• Spearhead presales activities including RFP responses, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations.
• Lead client discussions to showcase Salesforce capabilities and develop solution accelerators for GTM initiatives.
• Provide expert consultation on best practices, architecture, and process improvements.
• Manage client escalations and drive rapid issue resolution.
• Stay updated on Salesforce trends and features to elevate project outcomes.
• Deliver thought leadership on Salesforce methodologies and tools.
