Job summary

Astound Digital is seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Leader to drive complex Salesforce implementations and orchestrate cross-functional teams. You will manage budgets, scopes, and schedules while identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client relationships.

You’ll lead SOW development, translate technical architecture into business value for C-suite stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams to ensure best practices and client success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management and account relationship management, including 2+ years focused on Salesforce transformations.
• Proven track record growing Salesforce accounts via consultative selling and strategic planning.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, calendars and profitability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of complex Salesforce implementations—budget, scope, schedule; enable account expansion.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and develop Salesforce roadmaps with new clouds and AI features.
• Develop SOWs and pitches translating Salesforce architecture into business value for executives.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (PMs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners) following SDLC best practices.
• Facilitate Steering meetings and QBRs to show platform health and ROI; mitigate risks.
• Manage portfolio P&L, margins, resource utilization, and renewals; ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transition.
• Be the voice of the client while protecting Astound’s commercial interests.
