Job summary

Astound Digital in London is seeking a Salesforce Core Leader to drive technical excellence across our Salesforce practice. You will lead development teams, partner with enterprise clients on Service Cloud and Salesforce Core implementations, and guide presales activities including RFPs and estimations.

As a trusted advisor, you will develop accelerators, deliver client presentations, iterate on platform best practices, and help shape our GTM strategy while delivering end-to-end digital commerce

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall technical implementation experience with Salesforce Core (Service Cloud).
• 5+ years hands-on Apex development and 3+ years with LWC or Lightning Aura.
• 2+ years leading technical development teams through full Salesforce SDLC lifecycles.
• Experience estimating RFPs, building solution models, documenting core assumptions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce APIs and data tools.
• Strong OO design, modularity, and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor Salesforce project development teams.
• Spearhead presales activities, respond to RFPs, build demos, deliver client presentations.
• Lead client discussions to showcase Salesforce capabilities and develop accelerators for GTM.
• Provide expert consultation on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and process improvement.
• Manage client escalations and drive rapid issue resolution.
• Stay updated on Salesforce market trends and features; apply innovations.
• Deliver thought leadership on Salesforce methodologies and best practices.
