Job summary

Prestige Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to optimize sales, renewals and marketing via Salesforce and HubSpot management. You will lead the migration of selected brands from Salesforce to HubSpot and implement best practices for CRM configurations and campaign tracking.

You will liaise with sales, renewals, and marketing teams, manage data quality and reporting, and train other departments on SalesOps processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related position.
• Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience with Eloqua and Pardot is a plus.
• Experience in Python and Java is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent technical presentation skills.

Prestige Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will play a crucial role in optimizing the effectiveness of sales, renewals, and marketing efforts through the management of Salesforce and HubSpot. This individual will be central to our strategic migration of selected brands from Salesforce to HubSpot, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Administration & Migration:

• Serve as the primary HubSpot admin/developer, managing workflows, templates, integrations, and automations.
• Lead the migration of selected brands from Salesforce to HubSpot, ensuring seamless transitions.

• Support other members of the sales operations team.

Day-to-day Activities:

• Research and analyze data for sales, renewals, and marketing.

• Own user and license management for customer deals.
• Train other departments on Salesforce and SalesOps processes.
• Monitor group email inboxes and handle messages.

Key Competencies:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar or related position
• Must have expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, or any other automation or license management tools
• Experience with Eloqua and Pardot is a plus
• Experience in Python and Java is a plus
• Can demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
