Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators to support a customer project focused on optimizing CRM and revenue systems. Remote contractor role with emphasis on data quality, policy alignment, and scalable governance across SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities include auditing systems, reconciling data, and documenting recommended changes while ensuring alignment with billing, CPQ and ticketing workflows.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Role Type: Contractor

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
