Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. This is a remote contractor role.

You will audit CRM and integrated revenue systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and document recommended system changes. Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and data reconciliation is essential for success in this SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation knowledge.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
