EY Studio+ is seeking a Manager in Sales Transformation to lead high‑impact programmes that reimagine end‑to‑end sales capabilities. You will work with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy, operating models, and technology enablement that drive sustained revenue growth and improved commercial performance.

You will own delivery streams, mentor teams of consultants, and collaborate with cross‑functional EY groups to translate strategy into execution and measurable client outcomes.

Formación

• Significant experience in sales transformation or commercial strategy.
• Proven track record leading workstreams across sales strategy, operating model design, or process optimisation.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end lead‑to‑cash processes and how to improve sales effectiveness.
• Experience designing customer segmentation and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Practical experience supporting or delivering sales technology transformations (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Strong data and analytics capability, with experience translating insights into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client delivery workstreams: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of sales transformation workstreams, ensuring high‑quality outputs across sales strategy, operations, process, and technology.
• Advise client stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with client leaders across sales and commercial functions, supporting key decisions on growth, efficiency, and go‑to‑market transformation.
• Design sales operating models: Develop scalable sales operating models, including customer segmentation, sales coverage, governance frameworks, and performance management structures.
• Drive strategy into execution: Translate sales strategy into optimised lead‑to‑cash processes and actionable implementation plans.
• Enable technology and data‑driven transformation: Support CRM/CPQ/CLM implementation and leverage data insights to improve pipeline, productivity, and revenue outcomes.
• Lead and develop teams: Manage and coach Senior Consultants and Consultants, fostering capability development and high‑performance delivery.
• Support team growth: Provide structured feedback, mentorship, and on‑the‑job coaching to build core sales transformation skills.
• Foster a collaborative culture: Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Delivery Excellence & Governance: Maintain EY standards across governance, risk management, and quality assurance while driving high‑quality outcomes.
