EY Studio+ is recruiting a Manager to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end sales transformation programmes for UKI clients. You will shape sales strategy, operating models, processes, and technology to drive revenue growth and commercial performance.

You will own workstreams, mentor Senior Consultants, and partner with client stakeholders to translate strategy into execution while delivering measurable outcomes across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in sales transformation, commercial strategy, or sales operations.
• Led workstreams across sales strategy, operating model design, or process optimisation.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end lead-to-cash processes and sales improvement.
• Experience delivering sales technology transformations (CRM, CPQ, CLM) and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead client delivery workstreams from strategy to execution across sales transformation.
• Design scalable sales operating models including customer segmentation and governance.
• Translate strategy into actionable lead-to-cash processes and implementation plans.
• Enable technology-led transformation with CRM/CPQ/CLM and data insights.
• Lead and develop consultants, providing coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate across EY to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
