Job summary

EY Studio+ in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager to lead sales transformation across complex client engagements, shaping commercial strategy, redesigning operating models and driving technology-enabled change to accelerate revenue growth.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, build senior client relationships, and contribute to growth through proposals and market positioning, embedding lasting change in client organisations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale sales transformation programmes across strategy, operating models and technology-enabled change.
• Deep expertise across lead-to-cash lifecycle and broader commercial transformation.
• Proven ability to define and deliver sales strategies, go-to-market models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong experience leading enterprise sales technology transformations (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Demonstrated track record of owning high-value programmes and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-workstream transformation programmes across end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Build and own relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Define and lead sales strategies, operating models and go-to-market approaches.
• Influence senior stakeholders using data and storytelling to drive commercial decisions.
• Oversee governance, risk management and stakeholder communications across engagements.
• Drive pipeline growth, productivity improvements, and revenue outcomes.
