EY Studio+ is seeking a Manager to lead high-impact Sales Transformation programmes, guiding senior client stakeholders through strategy, operating model design, and technology-enabled change. You will own delivery across engagements and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in sales transformation, commercial strategy, or sales operations, within consulting or industry.
• Proven track record of leading workstreams across sales strategy, operating model design, process optimisation, or technology implementation.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end lead-to-cash processes and how to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Experience designing customer segmentation, sales coverage models, and go-to-market strategies.
• Practical experience supporting or delivering sales technology transformations (CRM, CPQ, CLM) including adoption and change management.
• Strong data and analytics capability with ability translating insights into actions to improve pipeline, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including coaching Consultants and Senior Consultants.

• Lead client delivery workstreams: Own end-to-end delivery of sales transformation workstreams across strategy, operations, process, and technology.
• Advise client stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with client leaders across sales and commercial functions.
• Design sales operating models: Develop scalable models including segmentation, coverage, governance and performance management.
• Drive strategy into execution: Translate strategy into optimised lead-to-cash processes and actionable plans.
• Enable technology and data-driven transformation: Support CRM/CPQ/CLM implementations and leverage data insights to improve pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Lead and develop teams: Manage and coach Senior Consultants and Consultants.
• Support team growth: Provide structured feedback, mentorship and coaching.
