Job summary

EY Studio+ is seeking a Manager, Sales Transformation in the UKI Studio+ to lead end-to-end transformation programmes across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. You will work with senior client teams to reimagine sales strategy, operating models, processes and technology to accelerate revenue growth.

This client-facing role involves owning workstreams, designing scalable sales operating models, and translating strategy into actionable delivery plans, leveraging CRM/CPQ/CLM and data insights.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading sales transformation programmes.
Proven ability to run end-to-end client delivery across sales strategy, ops and tech.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with CRM/CPQ/CLM implementations and data-driven initiatives.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of sales transformation workstreams across strategy, ops and technology.
Advise client stakeholders on growth, efficiency and go-to-market changes.
Design scalable sales operating models including segmentation and coverage.
Translate strategy into executable lead-to-cash processes.
