Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Sales Transformation (UKI Studio+) to lead large-scale transformation programmes across the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle. You will shape commercial strategy, redefine sales operating models, and implement technology-enabled change to drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will manage senior client relationships, deliver measurable outcomes, and coach multidisciplinary teams while growing EY Studio+ offerings and market presence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale sales transformation programmes, including strategy, operating model, and technology-enabled change.
• Deep expertise across lead-to-cash lifecycle and broader commercial transformation.
• Proven ability to define and deliver sales strategies, go-to-market models, and commercial transformation roadmaps.
• Strong experience leading enterprise sales technology transformations (CRM, CPQ, CLM).
• Demonstrated track record of owning high-value programmes and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, influencing strategy and shaping transformation agendas.
• Strong business development and commercial acumen, with experience originating opportunities and driving revenue targets.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams, including coaching senior talent.
