EY Studio+ is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale sales transformation programmes for complex client organisations. You will shape commercial strategy, redesign operating models, and implement technology-enabled changes across lead-to-cash and broader commercial operations.

You will work with senior client stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and contribute to business development and market growth while coaching teams to build lasting capabilities in sales transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading large-scale sales transformation programmes across strategy, operating model and technology-enabled change.
• Proven ability to define and deliver sales strategies, go-to-market models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong capability in owning high-value programmes and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

• Lead large, complex transformation programmes across the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• Build and own C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, shaping the transformation agenda.
• Define sales strategies, operating models, and go-to-market approaches.
• Drive value realisation and ensure measurable improvements in pipeline and revenue.
• Coach and mentor managers and senior consultants, building practice capability.
