Formación

• Extensive experience leading marketing strategy and transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM and analytics to drive performance.
• Proven ability to lead large, senior-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience mentoring and growing high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex client engagements and marketing transformation programmes.
• Oversee multi-workstream delivery with EY quality standards.
• Advise senior stakeholders on growth, customer decisions and operating models.
• Develop integrated multi-channel strategies spanning digital, CRM and brand.
• Ensure plans translate into measurable value with clear KPIs.
• Provide senior oversight of end-to-end campaign lifecycles.
• Guide clients on data, Martech and CRM to improve ROI and personalization.
• Mentor and shape future leaders within EY Studio+.
