Full Time, Permanent role

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Guilford, Woking , Kingston, Croydon, Tunbridge Wells, Norwich & surrounds

You will be working for Powerforce to fulfil the role of Regional Sales Team Manager on our LEGO UK Team

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing, training and developing a team of 10 LEGO Brand Ambassadors
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellence in call
  • Leading the regional team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement and driving Return on Investment for LEGO
  • Suggesting and developing new ways of working to drive the account forward and strive to be the best in the industry
  • Developing team operating standards – use insight from the field and collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement.
  • Embedding and championing LEGO’s and Powerforce’s values across the team and ensure they are lived every day.
  • Establishing a dynamic team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity
  • Ensuring company standard operating systems are embedded across all team members.
  • Performance management and identifying and addressing any performance or conduct issues

In order to be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Strong people management experience – ideally within the Retail or Toy sector
  • Proven experience developing and leading a successful team
  • A real focus on increasing and developing sales performance
  • A hands on approach to growing performance and best practice in the field
  • The ability to bring new ideas which challenge current thinking to better the account and field delivery
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions
  • An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach to all things and possess an ability to see the opportunity in all challenges
  • A driven attitude with ambition to succeed and develop within the role
  • Held a full UK (or European) manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
